Hello all

Finally managed it!!! I have uploaded a pic of Danarama and Jarjar onto the site.

What's happened recently? Well I have been playing quite a bit recently, but the best and most fun ones are:

25th in the Oxford cup, out of about 350 people - apparently the largest ever live poker tournament in the UK.

Maxim King of Poker (fun tables) - Danarama was playing in the main event, I was just drinking and enjoying myself!!! The aim was to get as many chips as you could in 45 minutes. My first $5000 chip disappeared very fast, so I blagged another one by saying I had lost the first one. I tried it with the lady dealer first, but she wasn't having any of it. So I moved to the next table and said the same thing to the male dealer and it workded like a dream. Although by then the free bar was beginnning to take its toll on my senses and I promptly lost that one as well.... lol

Nicks' Home Game - £20 buy in, 7 people playing - I won..... Hoorah. A great night and really good company as well.

Played in the poker.co.uk Live Poker League match in Bath last night and finished 6th out of 37 people. I was small blind and got dealt K-K so went all in with 11k chips. I got called by the big blind (as I hoped I would) and he turned over Qs-5c.... Then 4 other clubs proceeded to come out on the flop - unfortunately neither of my kings were clubs..... Grrr.

Oh well.... that's why we love the game.
